it’s got some basic ingredients you probably already have in your pantry and can be tailored for any picky eater. Even if you aren’t grain or dairy free you can make this with with your taco seasoning and queso of choice!

Here are a couple of my fave grain and dairy free options:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400F.

  2. Place frozen tater tots in a 9x13 pan or casserole dish. Bake for approximately 25min then remove from oven.

  3. While tots are cooking, make taco meat per the instructions on the taco seasoning.

  4. After taco meat is done, stir in Queso and other toppings as desired.

  5. Spoon taco meat over the tater tots. Sprinkle optional shredded cheese over the top.

  6. Bake until bubbly approximately 25min. Remove from the oven and cool slightly then Ole! Ole! Ole! Your taco bake is ready!
